Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is secure for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
