Peruvian Alpaca Henley
These are based off the original, 1938 naval henley. For Wythe's iteration, they opened up the knit a bit more to make it feel less dense, a bit looser, and added some hand details for cleaner finish. This henley uses the same gauge of yarn throughout the whole sweater, but in 3 different plies. These plies change in seamless transitions between the body, the collar, and the hems. And this is really where the handwork shines through.
This sweater is not only an amazing design, but we think it's the perfect showcase of the talent these knitters have.
